TERMS & CONDITIONS

-All guests, including children 2 years old and above, are counted as 1 pax. While infants 0-1 yr & 11 months can stay free of charge.

-Check-in is at 2:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. In the event of a late check-out, a fee of P500 per hour will be applicable, starting from 11:01 am. This fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

-For early check-ins, the same fee of P500 per hour applies and is subject to availability. This condition only applies if there’s no guest booked right before your requested check-in time.

-Guests are allowed to have visitors/day tour guests for a fee of P250 per person. Visitors must be registered with the management and is subject to all terms and conditions.

-A security deposit of P2,000 is required which will be requested upon check-in. This security deposit will be refunded after check-out if no damage or loss of property occurs during the rental period.

-Please note that all villas do not have a heated pool. Since we are in a tropical climate, the pool temperature depends on the weather. During cooler or rainy periods (such as amihan season), the water may feel cooler, especially in the morning or evening.

-The use and/or possession of illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia is strictly prohibited inside the property.

-Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Guests that are found smoking will be subject to a P10,000 fine. Guests can only smoke outside the property and must dispose of cigarette butts in designated bins.

-Guests are strictly prohibited from using butane or similar flammable substances on the property. Cooking is only allowed on the kitchen stove and outdoor grill.

-A maximum of three (3) pets are allowed in the property, with a fee of P300/pet. The guest bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet, which may include repair and extra cleaning fees.

-Use of videoke or other sound amplifying equipment is prohibited after 10:00PM. This is in accordance with the mandatory law set by the local government.

-Guests shall be held responsible for the proper use of the facilities including furniture, appliances, and equipment. Management reserves the right to hold the guests liable for any damages and/or loss of property.

-Management shall be free from any damages, liability, or responsibility as a result of any unlawful and/or wrongful act committed by the guests.

-Management shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries or any untoward incident that may occur while inside the resort premises.

-Guests should not leave their personal belongings unattended. Management shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.

-Guests are kindly requested to maintain cleanliness during their stay. A cleaning fee of ₱1,000.00 may be charged by the management for excessive dirt or mess that necessitates additional cleaning. Please be advised that the use of confetti cannons, poppers, or glitter bombs inside the property is strictly prohibited.

-Keys must be returned in person to the representative upon departure. If lost, the guest agrees to pay for locks to be re-keyed for P500.

-Any decorations in the pool are not allowed unless under the full supervision of our staff. Non-compliance may result in penalties, as it present a potential risk of pool filter blockage and damage.

-Pool Rules​: Swimming is at the guest’s own risk. Jumping from elevated platforms and diving is strictly prohibited. NO food or drinks allowed in the pool area. NO glass or breakable containers in the pool area. Children (14 and under) must be accompanied by an adult while swimming at all times. Do not use the pool while intoxicated (drunk).

-The management reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure situations. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to notify guests and provide suitable alternatives.

-All persons in the rental party will be bound by the terms and conditions. Guests are required to register their names upon check in. Only registered guests including day tour guests can enter the villa. Unregistered persons will be charged double the fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

-Non-refundable but rebookable (within 1 calendar year). Rebooking is allowed if made 7 or more days before the check-in date. Guests are allowed to rebook up to two times only within the rebooking period.

-Non-refundable and non-rebookable: Rebooking is not allowed for requests made 0-6 days before the check-in date.

-Early checkouts or partial cancellations due to Emergencies: Non-refundable. Please understand that we reserved these dates solely for you and we have turned down other booking opportunities for you.

-No-shows are non-refundable.

-Reservation date modifications are subject to the same policies as rebooking.

-Reservation transfers to another individual is allowed with prior notification to the management.

-In cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters or government actions, the management may offer a free reschedule or rebooking.

-All rebooked reservations are non-refundable.
