Yes. A maximum of three (3) pets is allowed per villa with a fee of ₱300 per pet. Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning caused by their pets.
Yes, free private parking is available for guests staying at Selene Villas.
Yes, we can arrange airport transfers upon request for an additional fee.
All reservations follow a non-refundable policy. However, rebooking or modifying your reservation is permitted if requested seven days or more before check-in and remains valid for one calendar year, with a maximum of two rebookings per reservation. Requests made within 0–6 days before check-in are non-refundable and cannot be rebooked. Early check-outs or partial stays are also non-refundable.

Visitors are allowed with a fee of ₱250 per person. All visitors must be registered upon arrival and must follow all villa guidelines.
Cooking is allowed using the kitchen stove and outdoor grill. For safety reasons, butane and similar flammable equipment are strictly prohibited inside the property.
Guests can bring their own food and drinks. No corkage fee!
Intimate gatherings are permitted; however, to preserve a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, videoke and amplified sound equipment must be turned off by 10:00 PM, in accordance with local regulations.
The use of confetti cannons, glitter bombs, and poppers is strictly prohibited inside the property.
Guests may set up decorations for small celebrations. However, all decorations must be cleaned and removed after use.
Decorations in the pool are not allowed as they may cause filter blockage and damage to the pool system.
We do offer wedding and birthday packages for guests who wish to celebrate special occasions in our villas. For package details and inclusions, please message us through our official social media page.
All villas do not have heated pools. As we are located in a tropical climate, pool temperature naturally varies depending on the weather.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Guests found smoking indoors will be fined ₱10,000. Designated smoking areas are available outside the property.
