About Us — Selene Villas
Where Selene Began
Selene Villas was born from a simple idea: to create a private place where families and loved ones could truly slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together.
In 2023, the vision for the first private villa in Metro Vigan, Ilocos Sur began to take shape.
Groundbreaking took place on May 8, 2023, followed immediately by construction. Inspired by the calm and warmth of Bali, our very first villa was personally designed to feel cozy, serene, and completely private.
By December 2023, it was complete, and in January 2024, we welcomed our very first guests. Our official grand opening followed on February 8, 2024.
Seeing our early guests enjoy the comfort, privacy, and peaceful atmosphere of the villa was incredibly heartwarming.
Their experience confirmed what we had hoped for, that there was a real need for a place designed not just to stay, but to be together.
Growing With Purpose
Encouraged by this response, we expanded carefully and intentionally. Right beside our first villa, we built our second villa, this time with a completely different style and energy.
The A-frame villa was created to offer guests a different experience, giving families the freedom to choose a place that best fits their mood and lifestyle. It officially opened on July 8, 2024.
At the same time, we began working on what would become our third and fourth villas, now known as the Twin Villas, located just a few kilometers away from our first two villas.
The Twin Villas also offer a new kind of setting while keeping the same sense of privacy and comfort. They officially opened on October 8, 2025, completing the Selene Villas collection as it exists today.
Each villa was designed with its own character, but all share the same core values: privacy, comfort and time well spent with the people who matter most.
Many families also choose Selene to celebrate special occasions like birthday, anniversaries or milestones, making their stay even more memorable.
Shaped by Experience
The journey hasn’t always been smooth. Like any growing business, we’ve faced challenges beyond our control. But each experience has helped us learn, grow and improve the way we care for our guests.
Selene Villas is not a full-service hotel and we don’t try to be. What we offer instead is something more personal: intentionally built private villas, genuine hospitality and a sincere commitment to making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
